Serena Cangiano is an assistant at the Master of Advanced Studies in Interaction Design. She developed a strong interest in multimedia and interactive art installations and data visualization. She will start the Ph.D. programme in Design Sciences of the School of Doctorate Studies at University Iuav of Venice in January 2012, focusing on design of open-source interactive systems for social innovation.
